BZRK® Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Purpose

At BZRK®, we are committed to preserving the integrity of our brand and supporting our authorized partners. This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is designed to protect the value of our products, ensure fair competition, and maintain consistent market pricing across all sales channels.

Policy Guidelines

1. Minimum Advertised Pricing
   Authorized distributors, resellers, and wholesalers may not advertise BZRK® products below the following MAP levels:

   • Retail MAP: $4.99 per unit

   • Wholesale MAP: $125.00 per canister

2. Scope of Advertising Restrictions
   This policy applies to all forms of public advertising, including but not limited to:

   • Websites and online stores

   • Social media platforms

   • Email campaigns

   • Paid search and digital advertisements

   • Print materials (catalogs, flyers, etc.)

3. Promotions & Discounts

   • Promotions (e.g., sales, coupons, rebates) that reduce the advertised price below MAP are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by BZRK®.

   • Displaying strikethrough pricing below MAP (e.g., “Was $5.99, Now $3.99”) is also a violation unless pre-authorized.

4. Bundling & Value-Added Offers

   • Product bundles are permitted only if the effective advertised price of each BZRK® product within the bundle complies with MAP.

   • Any value-added promotions must not imply a lower unit price than MAP.

Enforcement and Consequences

BZRK® actively monitors all channels for compliance. Violations of this policy will result in the following actions:

• First Violation: Formal written warning with 7 days to correct the violation.

• Second Violation: Temporary suspension of ordering privileges.

• Third Violation: Termination of distribution rights and removal from the BZRK® partner network.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing, advertising, or reselling BZRK® products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this MAP Policy.
This policy is incorporated by reference into BZRK®’s Terms and Conditions, and is binding upon all parties engaging in the sale or promotion of our products.
