Behind the Booth: What We Learned at the 2025 Alt Pro Expo in Miami


The energy at the 2025 Alt Pro Expo in Miami was nothing short of electric, and Team BZRK showed up ready to make waves. While we didn’t walk away with any purchase orders, what we gained was equally valuable: insight, experience, and confirmation that we’ve got some serious creative talent on our hands.

A First Look: The BZRK Pipe Snuffer

Our new BZRK Pipe Snuffer made its debut at the booth, and while we didn’t land any immediate B2B sales, the response was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees loved the clean lines, premium build, and clever design — a true testament to our team’s attention to detail and product innovation. It’s the kind of accessory that’s as functional as it is eye-catching, and judging by the compliments we received, our graphic design game is on point too.

The BZRK Pipe Snuffer was designed with the user in mind: easy to handle, built to last, and crafted to keep your sessions clean and controlled. Whether it was head shop owners, distributors, or curious passersby, people were genuinely interested in the product — they just weren’t ready to pull the trigger. And that brings us to our biggest takeaway…

The Reality of B2B Sales

We learned an important lesson: businesses don’t buy new products easily. Even with all the interest, not one business placed an order on the spot. That was a hard pill to swallow, but it gave us a clearer understanding of the B2B buying cycle. Relationships matter, trust takes time, and pricing plays a huge role in those early conversations.

We’ve followed up with every contact we made — and while the door isn’t closed, it’s clear that making that first sale takes more than just a great product. It takes a strategy.

What’s Next: Tennessee, We’re Coming

We’re not backing down — we’re leveling up. For the next Expo in Tennessee, we’ve developed lower introductory pricing to remove the barriers for first-time buyers. Our goal is to make it easier for shops and distributors to say “yes” to BZRK. The pipe snuffer will be back — better positioned, better priced, and ready to disrupt the table.
